ORANGE LOVER'S CAKE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. uncooked oats
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10 inch tube pan. In large bowl, beat together sugar, butter, and eggs until light and fluffy. Blend in 1/2 cup orange juice, water, and 2 teaspoons orange peel. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 or 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely.

Combine 3 to 4 teaspoons orange juice and 1 teaspoon grated orange peel and drizzle over cooled cake. Store loosely covered.
