SAUTEED SESAME CABBAGE 
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. butter
1 head (1 lb.) Chinese cabbage, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, toast seeds, stirring frequently, for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a small bowl; set aside.

Increase heat to high and melt butter in skillet. Add cabbage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and saute for 2-3 minutes or until white parts of leaves are crisp-tender. Transfer cabbage to a serving dish. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
