HOT FRUIT 
1 sm. can pineapple slices
1 reg. can peaches, sliced
1 reg. can pears, sliced
1 reg. can apricots, sliced
1 (14 oz.) jar spiced apple rings
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 lb. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sherry

Drain all fruit - arrange in layer in order given in well greased 2 quart or larger casserole. Melt butter, add sugar, flour and sherry. Cook until it thickens. Pour over fruit. Cover. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Can be made ahead and reheated.
