TRINIDAD CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 dash Tabasco
(Lemon juice)

1 pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 2 tbsp. sugar

Soak chicken breasts in lemon juice, salt and pepper, garlic powder to taste. Roll in sauce.

Put oil in pan and heat through. Put 2 tablespoons sugar in pan and stir until brown. Brown chicken. Lower gas and add green pepper and onion. Simmer and cover 50 minutes.
