EASY MUFFINS 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. sour cream

Cream butter. Add flour and sour cream. Pour into bite sized muffin tins (ungreased) and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Bake for 20-25 minutes if regular sized muffin tins are used. Serve warm.
