TURKEY SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
4 lbs. ground turkey
4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
3 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. red pepper
3 (18 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 bay leaves
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. sugar

Brown ground turkey until pink is all gone. Add all dry ingredients. Cook on low heat, stirring often for one half hour. Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, green peppers, onions and bay leaves. Cook slowly, stirring often, about 2 hours. Serve over cooked spaghetti, drained and top with Parmesan cheese.
