OATMEAL PIE 
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. quick oats
1/2 c. coconut

Combine all ingredients; pour into pastry lined 9-inch pie pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes (or until set).
