WON TON 
1 lb. ground round, Farmer John pork sausage, ground chicken or turkey
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
1 (7 oz.) can water chestnuts, finely chopped
1 pkg. won ton skins
1/4 tsp. Lawry's garlic powder
Pepper

Cook meat separately; drain. With 1 teaspoon of drippings, mix all ingredients well except won ton skins. Place 1 teaspoon meat mixture in center of won ton square and fold over one corner to form a triangle. Moisten edges of won ton with water to seal.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with sweet and sour sauce or sauce of your choice.
