CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1/2 cauliflower, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 lb. bacon or turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
Chopped onion to taste
Chopped green pepper for color
Chopped red pepper for color

Moisten with slaw dressing and then refrigerate overnight or 3 hours for flavors to blend.
