SWEET-N-SOUR BEANS 
1 lb. Tobin's kielbasa, skinned and cut into chunks
3 lg. sweet onions, sliced thin
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 lb. can Great Northern beans and juice
1 lb. can red kidney beans and juice
1 lb. lima beans, drained

Mix onions, mustard, sugar, salt and vinegar together. Saute for 1 hour. Add northern beans, kidney beans and limas; add kielbasa. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered. Serves 12.
