RUTABAGA PUDDING | |
1 c. cooked rice or Minute Rice 2 c. rutabaga, cooked & mashed 2 eggs 2/3 c. milk 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Dash of nutmeg Beat egg whites until softly peaked. Beat egg yolks. Combine all ingredients except egg whites, and mix lightly. Fold in egg whites and turn mixture into buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned. |
