4 chicken breasts, skinned and washed 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream Cheddar cheese, grated Dried parsley, chopped Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish. Combine soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Bake, covered for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover, sprinkle cheese on top (and parsley if dry, kids will eat it) and bake 10 minutes more. Hint: Don't let the kids see you add the sour cream! |
