NO CRUST PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix ingredients by mixer. Pour mixture in glass pie plate or your favorite mold. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until wooden pick comes out nearly clean. Top with whipping cream.
