FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
6 c. fresh strawberries, banana, blueberries, apple, oranges, pineapple

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind

Press cookie dough firmly onto 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool.

In saucepan mix sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in orange juice until smooth. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and rind. Cool completely. Fold in fruit. Turn onto cookie crust. Chill 4 hours.
