CHOCOLATE BUBBLE BISCUITS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar, divided
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter, divided
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) Nestle's Toll House semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon

In large bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Using pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in 1/3 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in chocolate chips. Add milk; stir until dough holds a shape.

On floured board, knead dough LIGHTLY. Roll dough into about 16 balls. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In small saucepan, melt remaining 1/3 cup butter. Pour half of melted butter in 8-inch square baking pan. In cup, combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/3 cinnamon/sugar over butter in pan. Place dough balls in single layer in pan. Brush with remaining butter. Sprinkle with rest of cinnamon/sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan, serve warm.
