TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground chuck (do not salt)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 can green chilies or Rotel tomatoes and chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 c. milk

Brown meat until done. Add vegetables, chilies, and taco seasoning. Cook a few minutes. Remove from heat and mix in cheese. Put in buttered 10 inch pie pan. Put eggs in blender and mix well. Add Bisquick and mix, add milk and blend until smooth. Pour over meat mixture, poking holes so it mixes with meat. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
