SAVORY MEAT PIE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 c. diced, cooked meat (beef, lamb, etc.)
2 c. diced, cooked vegetables
1 1/2-2 c. well seasoned gravy thinned with milk or stock

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Saute onion and green pepper in hot fat. Combine with meat, vegetables and gravy in 2 quart baking dish. Heat in oven 15 minutes. Cover with biscuit dough. Cut slits in top for steam to escape. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6.
