CHAMPAGNE PUNCH 
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. aromatic bitters
1/2 c. fresh or frozen lemon juice
1 c. Cognac
1 c. Cointreau
1 c. orange curacoau
2 bottles chilled champagne
2 (28 oz.) bottles club soda
Orange & lemon slices

Combine sugar, bitters and lemon juice in large punch bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add cognac, cointreau and curacoau. Just before serving, pour in champagne and club soda. Add ice ring and garnish with slices of fruit. Serves 4 ounce cups (30).
