PIZZA ENCASSEROLE 
2 lb. pork sausage, browned & drained
2 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 jar chopped pimento
2 cans black olives, chopped
2 lg. cans mushrooms
1 lb. mostaccioli noodles, cooked & drained
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, chopped
1 (2 lb.) can Italian pureed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper & garlic to taste

Mix together in roaster or large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. May cut in half. Serves approximately 20.
