SUPER PASTA SALAD 
Any type pasta noodles
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. shredded cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
1 c. cut up pepperoni
2 bottles creamy Italian dressing or creamy garlic dressing
1/4 c. chopped black olives
1 sm. can mushroom pieces, drained
1/2 c. garbonzo beans (optional)
1/2 c. frozen peas (optional)

Cook noodles to tenderness - rinse in cold water and drain. Add all other ingredient and add dressing and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
