LUMPIA 
Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 c. ground pork
1 c. ground beef
1/2 c. shrimp, raw & chopped
1/2 c. ham, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1 1/2 c. bean sprouts
1 c. green beans, cut in sm. pieces
Salt to taste
Lumpia Wrappers

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet. Add garlic and onion; saute until onion is golden. Add pork and beef; cook until brown, stirring to keep crumbly. Add shrimp, ham, carrots, bean sprouts, green beans and salt to taste. Simmer, stirring constantly, 10 minutes, until vegetables are almost done. Then place mixture in a bowl and let cool 10 minutes.

Divide into 25-30 portions and place each on a lumpia wrapper. Roll and fold in ends. Fry rolls in hot oil, turning to brown.
