GLAZED ORANGE CHICKEN 
No-stick cooking spray
2 tsp. oil
3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, halved
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1 1/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray; add oil. Cook chicken breasts in oil until brown. In small bowl combine cornstarch, sugar, marjoram, salt and onion powder. Stir in orange juice, stir until well blended. Pour over chicken. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Turn chicken over and stir occasionally. Sprinkle with orange peel.
