CUBED STEAK BAKE 
4-6 cubed steaks
3 tbsp. oil
2 med. onions, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen peas or corn, thawed
2 med. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 c. shredded American or cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown steaks in hot oil. Remove meat, reserve drippings. Cook onions in drippings until tender. Place steaks in baking dish. Combine peas or corn, tomatoes, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spoon on top of meat. Place onions on top.

Stop here and refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes (50 minutes if cold). Sprinkle cheese on top after uncovering.
