RHUBARB PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2-3 c. rhubarb, in 1" pieces

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
Pastry case

Mix sugar, flour, vanilla and rhubarb together and put a pastry lined 9 inch pan. Crumb together the butter, brown sugar and 3/4 cup flour. Put the crumb mixture on top of the rhubarb. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes and then 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
