RICE BALLS 
1 c. Minute Rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. sugar

Combine rice with egg, beef, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato juice. Mix lightly. Shape into eighteen balls, place in skillet. Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar to remaining juice and pour over balls. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
