CITRUS CHOPS 
4 loin chips, 3/4 inch
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 tbsp. orange peel
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. dried basil

Heat oil - add onion, orange peel. Saute 3 minutes. Remove onion and peel. Add chops and brown - add onion and peel. Add juice and basil and simmer 10 minutes.
