1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten + enough milk to make 1 c.

Mix together and fry in hot grease. Try more cornmeal to give "pancake" bread. Can use seafood breader in place of cornmeal.
