CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles 1/4 lb. sharp cheese, diced (1/2 c.) 1 c. milk 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, shredded or diced 1 can cream soup - celery, chicken, or mushroom 3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs Cook noodles in boiling water until tender, drain. Add corned beef, cheese, soup, milk, and onions. Mix well. Place in 2 quart casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve 8-10. |
