COCOA CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. ice water

Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together until light with mixer, about 5 minutes. Add sifted ingredients alternately with water and beat well. Pour into 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Frost with your favorite icing.
