SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
4 lbs. chopped beef
1/2 c. ice water
2 tbsp. onion flakes
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

2 bottles chili sauce
2 (6 oz.) jars currant or grape jelly

Mix all ingredients for meatballs and form into approximately 1 inch balls. Place on a large baking pan and bake at 400 degrees approximately 1/2 hour.

In the meantime melt jelly and chili sauce in large pot. Add cooked meatballs and simmer for 45 minutes. Tastes best when made the day before and sits overnight in refrigerator.
