FROGMORE STEW 
2 lg. onions, quartered
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
3 lg. celery ribs, chopped
3 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 lb. Polish sausage, cut in 1/2" pieces
4 corn on the cob, broken in half
2 lb. raw, unpeeled shrimp
4 med. potatoes, cut in half

Fill large stew pot 1/2 full of water. Add Old Bay seasoning; bring to boil. Add potatoes, boil 10 minutes. Add Polish sausage, boil 10 minutes. Add corn on cob, onions, bell pepper and celery; boil 10 minutes. Add shrimp, boil 3 minutes. Remove pot from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain in colander and serve.

Serves from 4 to 100 persons. Allow at least 1/2 pound of shrimp, one ear of corn, one potato and 6 inches sausage per person.
