CUCUMBER SALAD 
2 lg. cucumbers
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. vinegar
Pinch salt or celery salt
Pinch sugar
Sprig of fresh dill
1 hard cooked egg

Peel and slice cucumbers; sprinkle with salt. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. Combine remaining ingredients; except dill and egg, and whip until slightly fluffy. Add dill and chopped egg. Chill dressing. Drain cucumbers. Add dressing and serve as a refreshing summer salad.
