CRAWFISH PIE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 sm. bunch green onions, chopped
3 c. cooked crawfish tails
3 c. cooked rice (more if desired)
1 1/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. bread crumbs (or crackers)
Salt, pepper & paprika to taste
