SQUASH PICKLE 
8 c. sliced squash
4 red sweet peppers, chopped
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. celery seeds
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. onion, chopped
4 green sweet peppers, chopped
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. mustard seeds
Pickling spice

Soak squash, onion, and peppers in ice water for 1 hour, and drain. Combine sugar, vinegar, and seasons, put seasons in cloth bag and tie top, and bring to a boil. Combine vinegar mixture, squash, peppers, and onion and boil for 5 minutes. Pack in jars and seal.
