MAKE YOUR OWN SOY SAUCE 
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. molasses
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Several dashes of pepper
Dash of garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Boil gently, uncovered, 5 minutes until reduce to 1/2 cup. Chill. Stir before using. This homemade sauce has only 120 milligrams of sodium per teaspoon. (less than any purchased soy sauce.)
