FUDGE ICE CREAM TOPPING

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix 5 ingredients in a saucepan, boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add:

1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Store in refrigerator.
