CHICKEN CHOP SUEY 
1/2 lb. chicken breast, cut to size
2 stalks celery, cut in sm. pieces
3 stalks broccoli, cut in sm. pieces
1 carrot, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 lb. snow peas
1 c. mushrooms

Cut chicken breasts in small pieces, then rinse. Season with soy sauce, garlic powder, and a pinch of ginger powder, 1 1/2 tablespoons scallion. Cook with 2 tablespoons in skillet for 10-15 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet, add all vegetables, cook for 3 minutes. Add chicken, stir with 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Stir and remove from stove. Serves 3.
