SPARKLING CINNAMON PUNCH 
1/2 c. sugar
4 short cinnamon sticks
2 3/4 c. orange juice
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 (16 oz.) bottles lemon lime soft drink
Ice cubes

Early in the day: in 1 1/2 quart saucepan over medium heat, heat to boiling 3 cups water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes. Cover and refrigerate.

Just before serving, discard cinnamon. In large punch bowl, combine syrup, orange juice, lemon juice, soft drinks. Add ice cubes. Makes 12 cups or 24 1/2 cup servings.
