COUSCOUS (MOROCAN PASTA) 
1 c. Couscous
1 1/2 c. water or seasoned broth
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

In saucepan, bring water, salt and butter to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Makes 4 servings.

MOROCCAN STYLE:

Mound prepared couscous on platter and top with steamed vegetables.

AMERICAN STYLE:

Serve in place of rice, potatoes or noodles.

ITALIAN STYLE:

Top with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
