3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafer cookies
Mini foil cupcake papers
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soften cream cheese and mix with sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Place cookie in foil paper. Fill with mix half way. Bake 15 minutes. Top with filling when cool. Makes 60 cakes.
