POZOLE 
2 lbs. pork ribs
1 onion, quartered
Garlic salt
3 tbsp. oregano
Salt
1/4 c. chili powder
1 can hominy

Boil the pork ribs with onion, garlic salt and salt for 4 hours or until meat falls off the bone. Remove the bones and add oregano and chili powder and hominy. Boil for 1/2 hour more. Add additional salt, if necessary. Serve with chopped onions, chopped radishes, chopped cabbage and lemon to squeeze into the soup in your bowl.
