PACE SIX - LAYER DIP 
3 avocados
2 cans bean dip
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. picante sauce
Chopped olives (optional)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. green onions (with tops)
1 c. sour cream
3 chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Mash avocados in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in another bowl. To assemble: Spread bean dip on oblong dish, top with avocado mixture, layer with sour cream mixture, sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, and olives (optional), and cover with cheese. Top with Pace picante sauce.
