APPLE DAPPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped apples (raw)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients, except nuts and apples. Blend with electric mixer. Pour in pecans and apples; mix. Pour in a long pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

Use small package of butterscotch morsels on top.
