GRAPE ROYAL 
2 sm. cans frozen concentrated grape juice
3 c. water
1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
Juice of one lemon
Juice of one orange
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
1/4 c. walnut meats
Cake sponge or angel food
Whipped cream or ice cream for top if desired

Thaw grape juice and combine with water, add tapioca and sugar in 2 quart saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil.

Remove from heat. Mix orange rind, cherries, butter, nuts and juices. Cool to room temperature. Line bottom of 2 quart bowl with 1 cup of crumbled or sliced cake, spread evenly with grape mixture add another layer of cake and top with remaining grape mixture. Chill for at least four hours. Top with cream, garnish with cherries.
