HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1-2 potatoes
1 onion
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef, drain. Slice potatoes, salt and pepper them. Place ground beef in baking dish; add layer of potatoes; alternate layers. Put onion on top. Combine milk and soup, pour on top.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
