4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. prepared egg nog
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. coconut, shredded
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Blend or mix the first ingredients in order listed. Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

The finished result will be a pie crust, coconut custard filling and shredded coconut topping for 8 servings.
