PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
1 c. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 1/2 c. evaporated milk 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. peanut butter 1 c. marshmallow cream Combine sugars, milk and butter in heavy sauce pan; cook to soft ball stage (235 degrees). Add remaining ingredients. Stir until marshmallow cream is melted. Remove from stove; beat until mixture begins to thicken, about 1 minute. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan; cool. Yields about 1 1/2 pounds. |
