SWISS CHICKEN 
8 pieces boneless chicken breast
1/4 c. white wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 1/2 slices Swiss cheese
8 oz. bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix (blue bag)
1/4 lb. butter

Coat pan with butter. Put chicken in pan. Put cheese on top of chicken. Mix wine and soup, then pour over chicken. Melt butter then mix with stuffing and 1/2 cup water. Put stuffing mix on top of chicken. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
