SHRIMP A LA POPEYE 
1 lb. bag popcorn shrimp, peeled and cooked
1 lg. can spinach, drained or fresh if you prefer
1 lg. onion, cut into sm. pieces
Garlic, fresh or powder, season to taste
1 jar Henri's Tastee Dressing
1 can Parmesan cheese
1 can Italian bread crumbs

Shrimp size is your choice.

In a large bowl (suitable for baking). Sprinkle shrimp, onions, cut garlic and spinach in layers where possible. Sprinkle Henri's dressing to cover the spinach. Sprinkle bread crumbs. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until top turns lightly brown.
