EASY CLAM PIE 
2 PIE CRUSTS:

2 c. flour
2/3 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water

FILLING:

2 cans clam chowder
1 can milk
2 or 3 c. potatoes, cut up in sm. cubes

Make pie crust and roll out half and put in a pie pan. Mix potatoes, milk and clam chowder together and pour in pie pan and cover with crust and bake about an hour or until brown.
